Phases of the AI project model

Our delivery model is structured yet flexible, allowing it to adapt to the specific needs of each project. We work closely with our customers to ensure that AI projects are not just technological experiments but deliver real business value (true impact).

The project model follows a five-phase approach:

1. Pre-analysis and scope definition

We always start with a thorough pre-analysis to identify project goals, technical requirements, and organizational prerequisites. We also ensure that the business case is solid and that the project has the potential to create true impact.

2. Proof of Concept (PoC)

To minimize risks and confirm the feasibility of the solution from both a technical and business perspective, we develop a PoC that tests the critical elements. This provides a quick validation of whether the project can scale.

3. Development and testing

Once the PoC is validated, we begin developing the actual solution. We work iteratively, continuously refining and optimizing while conducting extensive testing to ensure the solution works in practice.

4. Implementation and integration

We ensure seamless integration with existing systems and workflows. In addition, we prioritize employee training and documentation to ensure the solution is effectively adopted and generates value.

5. Operations, optimization, and further development

AI solutions require ongoing monitoring and optimization. We offer monitoring, performance tuning, and continuous development to ensure the solution remains relevant and effective over time
