Leadership team

Trueimpact.ai was founded and is currently led by Søren Rosenmeier.

Throughout his career, Søren has worked with technology and its implementation. In 2007, he founded the consultancy firm Right People Group, which was sold to the private equity firm Capidea in late 2023. In September 2024, Søren stepped down as Group CEO. Today, he holds a minority stake in Right People Group and serves on the company’s board.

With the founding of Trueimpact.ai, Søren has dedicated the rest of his career to artificial intelligence, helping companies become industry leaders through AI.
